Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd is a fully integrated car manufacturing plant that has the capacity to produce over 160,000 units per year. The Swindon-based factory is the global production hub for the 10th generation Civic, with a new vehicle rolling off the line every 69 seconds.

As Honda’s European flagship factory, we employ over 3,000 associates to build and export the Civic and Civic Type R to over 70 countries worldwide.

Soichiro Honda established Honda Motors on 24 September 1948, with the view of becoming the world’s top motorcycle manufacturer. By the late 1950s, he had made his dream a reality. Mr Honda never stopped striving towards success and began to set new challenges and goals. His creativity and burning passion for success still lives on in our philosophy.

Telephone interview

Your application is screened against the skills and requirements of the vacancy and successful applicants are called by a member of our recruitment team.


Candidates successful at the telephone interview stage will be invited for interview. These interviews can be a combination of face-to-face interviews and/or an assessment process.


A conditional offer of employment will be made to successful applicants, pending a mandatory occupational health check.
